Complex recreation projects require more than capable crews. IGS brings the field experience, coordination, preparation, and hands-on leadership needed to carry each installation from plan through completion.
Our CPSI-led approach brings an added level of knowledge and oversight to the installation process. With Certified Playground Safety Inspector expertise guiding our work, our teams are trained to identify potential safety hazards, fabrication or equipment issues, installation concerns, and quality deficiencies that could affect the finished play environment.
That perspective goes beyond simply assembling equipment. It influences how we verify, install, inspect, and close out each project — with the goal of delivering the highest-quality installation and the safest play environment possible.
That’s the IGS Standard — and it runs through everything we do.

scope, scheduling, site conditions, access, staging, and project coordination.
crews, tools, equipment, materials, deliveries, and site readiness.
field oversight, communication, problem-solving, and quality control.
quality review, walkthrough, documentation, and closeout.
Owner oversight stays connected from planning through completion.
IGS holds manufacturer-specific certifications and training from respected playground and recreation equipment brands. These aren’t general credentials — they reflect specialized training and authorization to install designated equipment according to manufacturer requirements.
IGS maintains the insurance, documentation, manufacturer credentials, and professional standards required for complex public and private recreation projects. IGS leadership includes Titus Gunter, a licensed general contractor in multiple states, bringing additional construction and permitting experience to the organization.
Whether working directly with a project owner or as an installation subcontractor, IGS brings experienced field leadership, documented processes, and professional accountability to the work.

IGS reviews installation quality throughout the project, not only at the end. When the work is ready for closeout, we walk the finished site with your point of contact, document any concerns within our contracted scope, and address them through the agreed project process.
You shouldn’t be asked to sign off on work that isn’t ready.
Neither should we.

The IGS Standard isn’t just a policy. It’s a mindset that shapes how we prepare, communicate, solve problems, and follow through on every project. It’s why we review site conditions before mobilization, address issues when they arise, and hold every installation to the same expectation: done right, not just done.
That standard lives in the people who show up every day and in the way each project is managed from planning through closeout. Whether the work involves a neighborhood park, school, community space, or large municipal recreation project, IGS brings the same commitment to quality, accountability, and solutions.
IGS ownership has long used one simple question to challenge the team: “Is that your best?” Not “what’s wrong with it.” Not “will it pass inspection.” It’s about raising the expectation beyond minimum requirements and holding every IGS project to a higher standard of workmanship, preparation, and follow-through.

The experience behind IGS spans more than two decades of playground and recreation installation, including long-standing relationships with customers, manufacturers, contractors, and communities. Those relationships are built on communication, problem-solving, consistent workmanship, and the confidence that the team will stand behind the work.
Whether you’re a parks director vetting installation partners for a public project, a school replacing aging equipment, a manufacturer looking for experienced field support, or a private organization building a new recreation space, you deserve an installation partner whose standards are visible in the work — not simply promised.
The experience behind IGS is built on long-standing customer relationships and a track record of workmanship customers continue to trust.
We have over 20 jobs that he performed and there was never a time that we discussed using another installer. I cannot think of one aspect of his scope that was not performed with total professionalism. Let the record show that there has never been a punch item related to his work.
